Medical Facials in Arcadia and Rancho Cucamonga

Facials designed by a board-certified dermatologist and performed by our medical esthetician. Real skin results, not just a relaxing hour.

Five treatments from $80 | Arcadia and Rancho Cucamonga | Same full menu at both offices

Why a Facial at a Dermatology Practice Is Different

Most facials feel good. Ours are built to change your skin.

Every treatment on our menu was designed alongside Dr. Derek Ho, our board-certified dermatologist, and performed by a trained medical esthetician. That means medical-grade products, honest recommendations, and a clear plan for what comes next.

If your skin needs more than a facial, we will tell you. You are already in a practice that offers medical dermatology, laser, and acne scar treatment, so nothing gets kicked down the road

Three things you get here that you will not get at a day spa:

  • A real skin analysis before anything touches your face

  • Medical-grade products chosen for your skin, not a one-size-fits-all protocol

  • A provider who can escalate to prescription care or laser if that is what your skin actually needs

Not sure where to start? Book the Esthetician Choice Facial and let us decide for you.

Our Facial Menu

Five treatments, from a quick maintenance appointment to a full custom session. All five are available in both Arcadia and Rancho Cucamonga.

Basic Facial

20 minutes | $80

The maintenance appointment. A deep clean, gentle exfoliation, and professional extractions to keep your skin clear between bigger treatments.

This is also the right pick before injectables, laser, or a chemical peel. Starting with clean, decongested skin helps those treatments work better and lowers your risk of irritation afterward.

What is included:

  • Deep cleansing

  • Gentle exfoliation

  • Professional extractions and high frequency, if needed

Best for:

Routine upkeep, congested pores, and prepping your skin before a cosmetic procedure.

Teen Facial for Acne-Prone Ski

20 minutes | $110 45 minutes with salicylic acid peel | $195

Built for teenagers with acne-prone or congested skin. We treat what is happening today and teach the habits that keep it from coming back.

Teen skin responds fast, and it also scars fast. Getting a professional in the room early is one of the highest-return things a parent can do.

What is included:

  • Cleansing, exfoliation, and professional extractions

  • Personalized skincare education and product recommendations

  • Optional salicylic acid peel add-on

About the salicylic acid peel add-on:

Salicylic acid reduces oil production and calms inflammation. It also improves post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and post-inflammatory erythema, which are the dark marks and red marks that acne leaves behind after the breakout itself is gone.

Best for:

Teens with active breakouts, blackheads, oily skin, or leftover marks from past acne.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a facial cost at Bespoke Dermatology?

- Our facials range from $80 for a 20-minute Basic Facial to $210 for a 60-minute Esthetician Choice Facial. Pricing is the same at our Arcadia and Rancho Cucamonga offices.

What is the difference between a medical facial and a spa facial?

- A medical facial is performed in a dermatology practice using medical-grade products, and it starts with a real skin analysis. If your skin needs prescription treatment or a procedure, your esthetician can flag it and route you to a provider in the same office. A spa facial is built around relaxation and uses retail-strength products.

How often should I get a facial?

 - Most skin does well with a facial every four to six weeks, which roughly matches the skin’s turnover cycle. Acne-prone skin sometimes benefits from every three to four weeks at the beginning.

Which facial is best for acne?

- For teenagers, the Teen Facial with the salicylic acid peel add-on. Salicylic acid reduces oil production and inflammation, and it helps fade the dark and red marks acne leaves behind. For adults with acne, book the Esthetician Choice Facial so your esthetician can build the treatment around your specific skin.

Can I get a facial before Botox or laser?

- Yes, and we recommend it. A Basic Facial a few days before injectables, laser, or a chemical peel means your skin is clean and decongested going into the procedure. Do not book a facial for the same day.

Do you offer facials for teenagers?

- Yes. Our Teen Facial was created specifically for teenagers with acne-prone or congested skin, and it includes personalized skincare education so they leave knowing how to care for their skin at home.

Will my face be red afterward?

 - Usually a little, and it typically settles within a few hours.Redness is more noticeable after extractions or a salicylic acid peel. Plan around it if you have something the same evening.

Do you take insurance for facials?

 - No. Facials are cosmetic treatments and are not covered by insurance. Medical dermatology visits are a separate service and many are covered. [CONFIRM WITH CLIENT]

Do I need a consultation first?

 - No. You can book any facial directly. If you are not sure which one fits, book the Esthetician Choice Facial and your esthetician will select the right treatment after a skin analysis.
